We want to get to know you and listen about your family, lifestyle, home desires and goals, as well as understanding any fears you may have about your project.

This is where we will find out what the most important part of your project is to you, establish a general scope of work and budget, and share what you can expect from our team.

We will sit together, look at existing homes or buildings, and look through your inspirations, discuss your wants and needs, explore samples, and start the journey to your project!

At this meeting, we will discuss prices and materials with respect to your budget. We make communication a priority at Timber Rock Construction, so we will explain how we will provide a clear and consistent way of communication between us to ensure your experience with us is exceptional.

We will work diligently designing your project! At this step, we will narrow down the ideas and design you like the best. We will give you a glimpse of what it will be like standing in your home by showing you a 3D rendering of cabinetry in your kitchen and bathrooms.

Now that we have the design of your project nearly completed, let’s move on to picking out the fine details that your home will need.

From plumbing fixtures to the color of paint, we will provide you with all the samples and information you need to choose what best fits you and your project.

Our team will be working behind the scenes to finalize all the important construction details to ensure that this journey continues to move smoothly for you.

This is when we will sign the Construction Agreement. This will include the scope of work, the schedule, and the payment terms.

We want to honor the prices we provide you with, therefore, if you sign the Construction Agreement before the expiration date, we can guarantee that any selection fees that you paid previously will be upheld.

Before we begin the building of your home, we will sit down together and review all the details to ensure a successful start. We will address any concerns that you may have and thoroughly answer any questions to ensure there is clarity and confidence in moving forward.

Also, we will review our online software for easy, and convenient communication and updates. You can use your smartphone or a computer to access your account anytime!

You will be assigned one of our talented Project Managers who will become your daily point person on your project! They will be performing and scheduling the work, answering questions, problem-solving, directing, and overseeing the progress of your home.

Our skilled craftsmen arrive at your home promptly every day to transform your project from paper to reality! Our team takes great pride in the work we produce; therefore, your project manager and/or lead carpenter will meet regularly with you and our contractors to review the progress of your project.

We stand by our work and have extended our workmanship warranty to 1 year. Our craftsmanship always conforms to the guidelines stated in the NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines.

When your construction project is completed, your relationship with us does not end. If you have any issues, we will be there to make sure they are taken care of properly.
